Returns
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify, items must be unused, in perfect packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or customized items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges
Eligibility: Exchanges are offered for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any issues.
